1. This form is to be filled by individuals who wish to become a full member of the Gujarati Samaj Luxembourg (GSL) ASBL for the year 2026 and 2027.
2. Among other benefits, becoming a member will entitle individuals to price discounts on future GSL events as well as provide the opportunity to participate in GSL meetings to put forward their ideas on events that GSL can organise in the future. Non-Luxembourg domiciled guests of members (eg: family members) also benefit from discounted price for events. A maximum of 2 guests per member would be allowed.
3. The membership will be valid from the date of payment until 31 December 2027. Membership fees (for individuals aged 18 and above): 15 EURs for membership until 31 December 2027. For dependent individuals below 18, membership is free.
4. Membership is non transferable / non refundable and will be confirmed only when the payment is processed.
5. Contact details shared shall not be used for any commercial purposes. 
6. GDPR Notice: GSL processes your personal data in the framework of your registration to our events. The data processed are contact and personal details. Your participation is on a voluntary basis. The processing is based on art. 6 (1) (a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the processing is based on your consent. Please note that GSL processes your personal data only to the extent necessary for your registration and to contact you about this event. Your personal data will only be disclosed to the event organizers. During the event, the organiser will take pictures and record videos for communications purposes. By registering, guests authorise the Gujarati Samaj Luxembourg asbl and the event partners to record and publish their image in photographic and video format for communications in relation to the event. Your pictures and videos may be stored after the event, including on social media, for archiving purposes. The use of your pictures and videos is based on your consent under Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR. You have a right to access, erasure, rectify, and withdraw consent concerning your pictures which you can exercise by sending an email to gujaratisamajluxembourg@gmail.com.
